New York, NY – Turning Rock Partners (“TRP” or “Turning Rock”), a New York-based private investment firm, announces Jahanzeb Pirvani has joined the firm as a Vice President and Makena Stone has joined as HR Business Manager.
Prior to joining Turning Rock, Jahanzeb was a Principal at Campaign Capital, a real asset oriented merchant bank and advisory firm. Mr. Pirvani has previously held investment roles at a single family office and at The Carlyle Group where he was focused on principal investments across U.S. real estate. Mr. Pirvani began his career in investment banking at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey where he focused on strategic M&A, capital markets and leveraged finance transactions. Mr. Pirvani earned his BBA in Accounting & Finance between the University of Warwick (U.K.) and University of Georgia.
Prior to joining Turning Rock Partners, Ms. Stone was a Senior HR Generalist for Algorand, Inc, where she managed HR responsibilities for all the major organizations within the company including recruiting, employee relations and engagement, as well as culture, compliance, and training. Ms. Stone is SHRM-CP certified and received a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology from The University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
