Akshay Joshi

Akshay Joshi, Principal. Mr. Joshi is a Principal at Turning Rock and member of the investment team. At Turning Rock, Mr. Joshi oversees the investment team and provides senior oversight with respect to underwriting, execution and deal structuring. Prior to joining Turning Rock, he was a Vice President in the Credit Opportunities Group at Golub Capital where he was responsible for underwriting and execution of debt and equity investments. Prior to Golub, Mr. Joshi was an Associate in the Structured Finance Investing & Lending business at Goldman Sachs where he focused on principal investments across corporate credit and structured products. Prior to Goldman, he held roles at Houlihan Lokey in New York, G2 Capital Advisors in Boston, and the Landmark group in Dubai, UAE. Mr. Joshi has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Mumbai and a Master’s in Business Administration from Boston College’s, Carroll Graduate School of Management. Mr. Joshi is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and has also cleared all three levels of the CFA Program.
