John Hamilton

John Hamilton, COO Mr. Hamilton serves as Turning Rock’s Chief Operating Officer. Prior to his role as COO, John served as the Managing Director of Asset Management & Operations at Turning Rock where he is responsible for asset management, valuation and transaction oversight. Prior to joining Turning Rock, Mr. Hamilton spent twelve years in Asset Management at the Fortress Investment Group where he oversaw portfolio company reporting and valuations. In his most recent role as Head of Private Equity Valuations, Mr. Hamilton managed the valuation process for a $20 billion portfolio of performing, stressed and special situation credit, consumer loans, private equity, mortgage-backed products, derivatives and other instruments. Mr. Hamilton started his career at Alcatel-Lucent Asset Management Corporation. Mr. Hamilton received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Northeastern University.
